Quality Inspection
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original brand tags and eco-friendly packaging for a successful pickup.
Handover to Courier
A reverse-pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; please hand over the securely packed item to our logistics partner.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
